Bicycles: - Only registered bikes stored in pass-through areas/barns. - Rentals must go in designated racks. - Inoperable bikes removed without notice. 4. Balcony/Deck Railings: - No towels, bedding, or unauthorized items. 5. Trash: - Must go in proper containers. 6. Firearms: - No discharging firearms, fireworks, slingshots, etc. - Subject to prosecution under local law. 7. Pools: - Open 9 am to sunset, no lifeguard. - No pets or glass containers. - No external speakers. - Children under 12 must be supervised. - No dangerous activity in pool area. 8. Parking: - By permit only. - Improperly parked/unauthorized vehicles towed without notice. - No boats, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles. - No vehicle repairs or washing on property.
